SOPHIA Audit (ex AME2) has developed an assessment tool (KMIS - Key Maintenance Indicators System), which actually makes possible the objective determination of the quality of maintenance of buildings.
This method, which was developed for technical facilities, has been extended to all building technologies including building shell and finishing elements.
This application contains a database with over 200 installations/techniques, 3000 reference states, 1000 technical indicators and 600 prices adaptable to each local market. Every technique has its specific obsolescence curve, which makes it possible to plan investment budgets on the basis of a diagnostic, carried out by a specialist expert in the technique.
